Few hours ago, around 1:30 in the morning, having just deployed a release, we were all ready to go home tired and work-harrassed, when suddenly, ALL the applications we support were no longer accessible. Oh god, the mayhem, we're like laughing and panicking at the sametime, log-in here, log-in there, what what what what! Would your mind really function at 2:00 in the morning and you're working more than 12 hours straight? In the midst of all the heart stopping drama (as if), we were wondering why we were not hearing anything from our customers. Hmmm. I contacted Darold from Peru, my teammate Nikki's favorite user.
